DIRECTIONS

  • Heat ½ cup tomato juice with sugar, salt and bay leaf. Add soaked gelatine - stir until gelatine is dissolved. Add rest of the tomato juice, vinegar and lemon juice. Place in mould and chill. Before it hardens, you can add canned shrimps; sliced hard-boiled egg, or vegetables of your choice.
