I started "cooking" at age 4 basically, but actually started making Thanksgiving dinner at age 7. I'm still inexperienced but I hope to become the head chef at my future restaurant, "Platform 7" which is sorta based on Kings Cross station in London. I already have my sous chefs, my uniforms, and the decor mostly planned out. Now all I have to do is graduate, go to a Culinary college (hopefully in Europe)and start my work. Heh, heh, I got alot of work to do, don't I? Ah well, I guess in the meantime I should put up recipes and hope for reviews, huh? Hope you like the dishes!
