Tomato Cabbage Soup

I am definately a soup girl and this recipe is high on my list of favorites. I think this recipe came from Weight Watchers ??? Not really sure...But it is really healthy and low in fat, so you can eat as much as you want!! You can really add any vegetables to this soup and it will still turn out good. As well, it can easily be cooked in the crock pot... Enjoy!

We thought this was very tasty and super easy! Doctored it with a little Sriracha (we like hot!) and a teaspoon of vinegar for a little brightness. Glad for all the leftovers.
