    g firm tofu, cut into chunks

    tablespoon cold pressed sunflower oil
  • 125
    ml filtered water
  • additional flour

DIRECTIONS

  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Make well in the centre.
  • Combine tofu and oil and add to the"well".
  • Add water.
  • Work the mixture until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 30 seconds only.
  • Use immediately.
