DIRECTIONS

  • Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
  • Add the crushed garlic clove, try to keep it whole as it makes it easier to take out later. Fry the clove for a few seconds for the oils to release then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir the almonds until they are golden brown. Discard the clove and enjoy the almonds!
