  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • in a medium bowl, combine cake mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup oil and 1 cup water.  Stir until combined.
  • pour into a 9x13 greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • meanwhile - combine instant pudding, milk and instant coffee granules until combined,  Place in refridgerator to thicken.
  • Cool cake completely.  With the handle of a wooden spoon - poke holes all over your cake (about 1 inch apart).  Spread pudding over cake evenly.
  • Microwave your chocolate frosting for 20 seconds (make sure to take off the lid and foil cover). Stir and pour chocolate frosting over cake.  Let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes (or longer).
  • ENJOY!
