  1. I've made this a number of times now and always forget to rate it. We love it! I use Old Bay Seasoning instead of the Seasoning Sauce. It gives it a little more spice which we like. So easy and so very good!

  2. I really like the concept with this dish. But made as directed we thought the seasoning was a bit salty. I used McCormick's Seasoned Salt and a freshly grate parmesan cheese. The next time I will use less seasoning. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

  3. I use Helman's lite mayo and it works very well. This is a really tasty and easy recipe. If tilapia steak is a little thick, may have to bake extra two minutes.

  4. I like to make this with Miracle Whip, garlic powder, cilantro, and a sprinkle of paprika. So good!

  5. This is my favorite way to make tilapia! We substitute mashed avocado with a bit of olive oil for the mayo, and it always tastes wonderful.

I love to cook. I used to hate it. That was before I became a stay - home mom. I made foods for me and my husband as newlyweds and I know he choked some of it down with a smile. He still jokes to this day about when I made spaghetti and I didn't heat the sauce up. I just poured it over the hot noodles thinking they would warm the sauce - not so! Cold dinner - ick! Well I've gotten a lot better and my ultimate goal is to be the best cook in my family. I like to try new things and especially try to find recipes for foods that most people do not like. My rating system 1 star = will not eat again, will not make again. 2 stars = will not make again, but would eat it, if someone else made it for me 3 stars = Good, not the best I've ever had, but good flavor. 4 stars = Very good. I will make it again on occassion and would even recommend to others. 5 stars = Excellent. The best of it's kind that I've tasted, easy to make, others liked it too. Will make it again and will recommend to others.
