We really enjoyed this flavorful sauce. It was incredible. Sweet, spicy, tangy, thick and addictive. You can taste the Tia Maria, but it is not overpowering. Baked on chicken it was a taste experience not to be forgotten. I will certain to use this recipe next time I require a bbq sauce. Can't wait to have this on steak, yum. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, which I will make often. Made for Fall Pac 2012
