Three Ingredient Salad Dressing to Die For
"This is such a wonderful salad dressing. It is my absolute favorite. It is hard to believe it is only three ingredients. I am a diabetic, so I substitute two to three packets(to taste) of Splenda for the honey. Also, I have made it many, many times with canola oil instead of olive oil. This recipe may be halved and you also could add herbs, etc... Keeps well in the fridge. Try this, you will love it too!"

We enjoyed this dressing on a tossed green salad. I also used a raspberry balsamic which was nice. I cut the recipe in half and still have lots for another day (or 2 or 3)! Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for Spring Pac 2009. -

Hello everyone,
<br>I live in historic Yorktown, VA. I am a SAHM of two, a ten year old daughter and a three year old son. I love to cook and bake. Unfortunately for me, I have always been a big gal, as they say here in the South, but my theory is-the more you eat, the smaller I look.
