Thick Fruit Whip

Thick Fruit Whip created by Engrossed

Here's an unusual smoothie recipe found in the 2008 cookbooklet Taste of Home Smoothies & Other Beverages. Although I don't usually include ice cubes in my smoothies, this is one of the few exceptions!

Very Good! I made this as directed with fresh squeezed lemon juice. I was afraid I would have to add some liquid for my blender to be able to blend it but by letting the strawberries defrost a little it did fine. This made 2 tall glasses worth. The only thing I didn't like was the aftertaste from the milk...it was kinda cheesy tasting. Freddy Cat says hi! Made for the Please Review tag game.

This was a delicious drink. I was expecting it to be way sweeter then it actually is because of the sweetened condensed milk. Makes 3 tall drinks, I had 1 and froze the rest in samll plastic cups for fruit pops for the kids.
