Thermomix Caesar Dressing

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
• 5 anchovy fillets
• 3⁄4 cup salad oil

directions

1. Place all ingredients except for the oil into the TM bowl. Blend 10seconds/speed 7.
2. Scrape down and set speed to 4. Slowly drizzle in the oil - I usually take about 4 minutes to add in all of it.
