  • 1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  • 2. Add the oil, vinegar and then bananas. You can add a little soya (or other) milk if it's too dry. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • 3. Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake for 45-50mins at 175°c or until a skewer comes out clean.
