The Skinny Banana Pudding

- Ready In:
- 1⁄2 banana
- 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
- Put the banana half into a medium sized bowl.
- Using the back of a spoon or fork, mash the banana until it is a thick mush.
- Pour the yogurt into the banana mush, stir well.
- refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
