This is a delicious and healthy sandwich -- one I will make again for sure! I have always loved alfalfa sprouts on veggie sandwiches -- so glad to have another one to use them on. Loved the hummus too and you can find so many combinations of prepared hummus in the grocery store or you can make your own. Made as directed with the exception of the green pepper. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag, November, 2013.Reply

I made this sandwich today for my lunch and loved it! Its fresh and healthy with ingredients that I typically have on hand (save for the alfalfa sprouts). I used hummus with roasted pine nuts by Sabra and this was a really good choice for a spread. I am putting this in my keeper file and am sure I will be making this many times throughout the summer. In fact, I liked it so much I think I may go have another! Thanks for posting. Made for Zaar Stars May 2013.Reply
