DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients together in a food procesor, no particular order to add ingredients.
  • Mix until it becomes a little solid, it should still be a little moist and pliable.
  • Scoop out some of the mixture and shape into 4 to 6" round patties 1/8 - 1/4" thick.
  • Spray pan with a litle vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
  • This will make 6 to 8 patties which can be frozen either already fried or un-fried, if fried all you need to do is microwave them, if not then you will have to fry them before eating.
  • This is a very easy and "super" tasting vege burger.
