directions

  • drain Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • do not drain whole peeled tomatoes.
  • add all ingredients to a blender.
  • pulse on chop mode just until well blended.
  • you can add more or less lime juice, cilantro, or jalapeño to taste. If you leave the seeds in the chopped jalapeños the salsa will be more spicy, remove the seeds for less spice.
  • serve with tortilla chips.
  • enjoy!
