DIRECTIONS

  • Hard cook eggs. Then shell.
  • In pan, melt butter, add onion. Simmer until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Worcestershire.
  • Slowly stir in milk. Stir until thickened. Add parsley & herbs. Cut eggs into slices, quarters, or halves. Fold into sauce. Heat.
  • Serve on top of english muffins.
