The Best Coleslaw Dressing--No Kidding!

"I was so sick of the tasteless bottled coleslaw dressings in the grocery store. One day I was eating my favorite "Broccoli Salad" and thought--this tastes similar to coleslaw and so I tried it and--yep, it was exactly the taste I was looking for. Yum!"

• Yields: 1 1/2 Cups dressing

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons vinegar

I have been buying a broccoli and pasta salad from my deli and just love it. But it's so expensive, and figured I could easily make if on the cheap if I could just figure out the dressing. And this is it! So simple and yummy. Thanks!

Very easy and tasty. I found half a batch to be plenty of dressing for one small bag of coleslaw mix. The second time I made this, I added about 1tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt. Added a little zing. I also add one small red pepper, diced, to my coleslaw. Nice color and crunch.

I found this to be just okay. Plain and simple.Alittle bit to sweet but then again i probably could have added more coleslaw! Thanks for the recipe!

I used rice wine vinegar and I added a little lemon juice like one of the other recipes called for and it is perfect! Sometimes I will add a lot more rice wine vinegar and make it the dressing for a regular salad. It is always a hit! I call it my house dressing!
