The Best Blueberry Cheesecake

The Best Blueberry Cheesecake created by Seasoned Cook

AWESOME! DELICIOUS! This is my favorite dessert! My family has been a blueberry grower for the market for over 40 years. We have perfected many blueberry recipes and this is one of them! It is absolutely delicious! If you want sugar free, substitute Splenda for the sugar.

Love this recipe! As you can see in the photo, the presentation is stunning! Tastes great too! Did have to double the all ingredients for crust even with the 9 inch springform pan (I measured it!) I also added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and and extra 2 T of butter to the crust and it was perfect!

This cheesecake is awesome! I have my 5th cheesecake cake in a month in the oven right now I followed the recipe except I did not put blueberries in it a couple of times. I made my own whipped topping and a strawberry sauce to put on each slice as I serve it! The first one I made was for a diabetic, I used Splenda , the same amount that this recipe calls for sugar and he loves blueberries so I put blueberries in it for him. Several people have gotten a piece of this cake and I made one person his own. It has gotten rave reviews! Thanks for this recipe it certainly is a hit!

Thank you Seasoned Cook, everyone enjoyed this wonderfull creamy cheesecake, I tried a few and found your's the best, now I make only this recipe and sometimes change the blueberry topping to strawberry, raspberry, kiwi, cherry, gooseberry, or even a mixture of all adding small pieces of orange apple , grapes & mandarins, then seal all the fruit to hold nicely together with a colorless gelatin or lime jelly. I need three cups of blueberries one in filling and two for the topping . Delicious!
