Questions & Replies

  1. The recipe calls for 1 large egg, but the video shows 2 eggs. Which should it be? I used 1 jumbo egg and it was pretty much the consistency you would expect from a meatloaf, but the Turkey didn't keep its shape as much as I would have liked. Would the extra egg have helped keep its shape?

Reviews

  1. This tasted really good. When I shaped it, it looked like a Turkey. Once I covered it with the sauce, not so much. After it was baked, not any better. We used the left over sauce on our plates. The flavors really were excellent. I had to cook it an extra 15 minutes. Next time I make it I will par cook the vegtables.

  2. Great flavor. I will add more spicy heat next time. Kids thought they were getting beef; they didn’t like that it was turkey. But my husband and I thought it was great!
