We love fried rice, and this did not disappoint! I made this delicious dish exactly as directed, although I omitted the turkey, since I was planning this to accompany an asian chicken dish, providing both rice and veggies in one go! It did indeed go very well, you could sub any meat for the turkey (bacon would be nice), or, have it as a vegetarian dish! Simple and full of flavour, thank you for a very much enjoyed supper, Sonya!
