Thai Satay Peanut Dipping Sauce

ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 (12 ounce) jar peanut butter
- 3 -4 tablespoons sugar
- 0.25 (4 ounce) can masaman curry paste (Thai)
- 0.25 (4 ounce) can red curry paste (Thai)
- 2 -3 tablespoons thai sweet chili paste (Nam Prik Pau)
directions
- Combine in wok, cook together adding curry to taste.
- Serve warm as dipping sauce for Satay meat skewers.
