Very good recipe. I’ve been looking for the perfect Spinach dip recipe. I exclude the artichoke, not a fan. However, everything in this turned out wonderful, prep time cooking. I used organic frozen spinach this time for this recipe because I found that regular is more stringy. Also, maybe added another 1/2 cup of each cheese just because “I love cheese”. The oven is the way to go with this. It’s worth the wait. Thank you for sharing a great recipe. ????Reply

I simply need clarification. Recipe calls for 1/2 cup of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese which is 8 oz. ; therefore, what is the "extra cheese" you added? Your additional comment: "I put 8 oz. of each cheese for a cheesier dip." I look forward to your comments. I would appreciate your response. Thank you !!1Reply
