Tgi Fridays Honey Mustard Sauce

"A copycat recipe of Friday's yummy sauce, to eat with chicken fingers. Reviews on other sites recommend leaving out the vinegar, as it makes it too runny for dipping, although should likely leave in when using as dressing. While I haven't tried this copycat recipe yet; Friday's Honey Mustard appeals to me because it has more of a honey taste and less mustard. Good for kids."

What kind of mustard? Yellow, ground dried, dijon?

Thank you so much for this recipe! It's dead on Friday's honey mustard which my family loves. I literally will never buy honey mustard again.

Too sweet, even though I added less honey than the recipe calls for. It has only a week mustard flavor, even when I added a little more mustard.

This is it!!! Thank you. I bought the supermarket soft garlic breadsticks, which made me think of Fridays. I love to order those with their honey mustard. I tried this recipe after doing much research. I made it exactly as stated, and it was great! Loved dipping my breadsticks in it. My picky husband even loved it. He poured it on his salad, and was a very happy camper. This one's a keeper.

Made this tonight to serve over grilled chicken salad. It's excellent! Just the right amount of sweet and mustard.

Delicious! I didn't have any sour cream so made it with a cup of mayonnaise instead.

Although a stone's throw away from the Golden Dome at Notre Dame, I went to Michigan State and am a true, die hard Spartan. Dubbed by my husband as a "messie chef", I love to cook and try new recipes out on my family. I also have quite a cookbook collection and practically read them like novels. What can I say, I love food and appreciate all kinds. I love to sample regional favorites on various trips. I'm also a mom of 2 wonderful girls...5 and 2 years old. I love the Rachael Ray and OAMC concepts so I'm able to spend more time with my family.
