Texas Chili

"A hearty chili that won third place out of 270 entries in a chili cook off. Competition Texas chili contains no beans, hence the reason there are none in listed in the recipe. However, feel free to add them if you prefer. It will not change the outcome in the least"

  1. This chili was fantastic but be warned it is hot. The only thing I would change is to leave out the cornmeal and flour at the end. We like our chili a little on the soupy side.
