- 1 (500 g) box small shell pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup onion, diced fine
- 1 red pepper, diced fine
- 1 green pepper, diced fine
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 1⁄2 cup sliced black olives
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped cilantro

DRESSING
- 1 cup light Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- juice of one lime
directions
- Mix above ingrediants and add dressing. Let sit in fridge for a couple of hours.
- For the dressing you could substitute, 1 1/2 cups of tex mex ranch dressing.
