- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb cubed beef stew meat
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1⁄2 lb mushroom, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
directions
- Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper and sprinkle over beef stew meat in a slow cooker, stirring to coat.
- Stir in teriyaki sauce, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and bay leaf.
- Cook on low 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
