Tequila-Orange Salad Dressing

"This is fresh and light, and not too boozy. It makes a great dressing for spinach salad and other dark, leafy greens. Remember that if you use olive oil in this recipe, let the dressing sit out for a while after you take it out of the fridge; olive oil gets kinda thick!"

ingredients

• 6 tablespoons orange juice
• 4 tablespoons olive oil or 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons tequila
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 4 teaspoons honey
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• salt

directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Shake well before using.
