1 cup roma tomato, chopped
1 cup white onion, chopped
¹⁄₂ 1/2 cup anaheim chilies or 1/2 cup cubanelle pepper
¹⁄₄ cup cilantro, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
¹⁄₄ cup tequila-lime vinegar

directions

Chop and combine all ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with corn chips or as garnish.
