I have to admit that I do not LOVE cooking but have found it to be me time. I was never taught to cook so everything I have learned has been thru trial and error. With that said, I cook because I want my family to eat real meals and not fast food or already prepared meals.
I love this website because I have grown as a cook, found wonderful recipes and think of myself as an overall GOOD cook.
I am a busy Mom (as most are) so my time is of essence.
My home consists of some picky eaters so cooking can be challenging at times but we get thru it.
I have taken the time to become a member (after a long time of viewing recipes) to give credit to all of the great cooks that post some wonderful recipes.
Thank you.......
