De-lish!! I just popped these out of the oven and they were so easy and so good! I used my kitchen scale so I got along fine with the grams. I mixed in some chopped almonds and they make a nice texture with a hint of almond flavor. I ended up baking them for about 20 minutes. (Might have been because they were on aluminun cookie sheets with parchment paper.) I'm bringing them to work tomorrow, and will be scoring big big big points with my coworkers!!

Making these cookies was an interesting experience. I had no clue how many grams equaled how many cups of flour etc. Stupid me! So I changed everything to ounces and sort of estimated everything! The whole way through the process, I kept thinking, "This is not gonna work" but I just kept going, and in the end I had 16 yummy cookies! So I am not really sure that I "made as dierected" but I tried to! The cookies are very light and crispy and not to sweet which is perfect with the jam! I used lemon curd and raspberry jam and the combo was very good! They were very pretty and would be great to serve at a tea or a bridal shower! Thanks! (Made for Newest Zaar Tag)
