Tasty Skillet Pork Chops

ingredients

• 4 boneless pork chops
• 1⁄3 cup olive oil
• 1 -2 teaspoon salt
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

directions

1. Mix olive oil, salt and garlic.
2. Place pork chops in Ziploc bag and pour marinade over them.
3. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (longer would be better).
4. In skillet, cook pork chops over medium high heat, browning both sides. Cook until done.
