ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 2⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag. Press out excess air, seal, and refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.
- Set up grill for indirect heat.
- Discard marinade. Grill pork 15-25 minutes, to desired doneness.
