Tahini Mocha
This sounds weird? This sounds weird. Yes, indeed. DH's sceptical comment when I was cooking this up was "interesting". Actually a serious fit of PMS gave birth to this concoction - I craved sesame halva and chocolate and couldn't decide what I really wanted, so the idea popped up to combine it and add some coffee for a little wake-up.kick. I admit that the result amazed me. After bleding the mixture at high speed it came out of the blender like a smooth pudding which I could eat with a spoon. It definitely killed my cravings and left me full and content and proud of myself  I used rice milk and rice syrup and 90 % chocolate but will post milk, honey and dark chocolate. Feel free to use what you like best and maybe increase the sweetener to taste. For the tahini I used roasted tahini. Next time I'll try white tahini.
