Taco Surprise Appetizer

"This is a great appetizer and it always disappears whenever I serve it. Serve with a large bag of tortilla chips."

• Serves: 10-16

ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1 avocado, mashed
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• salt and pepper

• Toppings

• 1 -2 cup lettuce, shredded
• 1 -2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup sliced black olives

directions

1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together with a mixer.
2. Spread onto a large platter.
3. Then top with topping ingredients in order given.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
5. Enjoy!
