Taco Chex Mix (Microwave)

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
• 2 -3 tablespoons taco seasoning
• 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (optional)
• 6 cups Chex cereal
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese

directions

1. Melt butter in 11-by-7-inch microwaveable pan for 60-70 seconds.
2. Add taco seasoning and salt.
3. Add Chex and microwave for a minute to a minute and a half.
4. Stir and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and microwave for a minute.
5. Stir and microwave for another minute.
6. Cool.

This is really good. I guess I didn't really follow the recipe too much though. Mostly just how to prepare it. I used a package of Chex Mix, added in ranch seasoning, and didn't put any salt in it. Other than that it was the same. :)
