ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1⁄2 cup picante sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
directions
- Cut chicken into 1" cubes and brown lightly in oil in skillet. Place in slow cooker.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover, cook on high 1 - 1/2 hours or on low 2 - 3 hours.
