Really good! No one in the family really likes turkey burgers, but they all loved these. Cheese mixed in made them moist and flavorful. Too wet to cook on the grill, I used the GF with great results. Increased the recipe to use 1 1/2 pounds turkey and made 7 large patties. Next time I'll try 5 patties with the original recipe. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is the best turkey burger I have ever had. I served on toasted onion rolls with sauteed mushrooms/onions. I didn't have a block of Swiss to grate so I just used a slice on top of the burger. I used 85/15 ratio ground turkey, panko crumbs, and added 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce to the mix. I pan fried 3 minutes per side instead of using the Foreman since I had a hot skillet after toasting the onion rolls. This is a terrific turkey burger and it is much better than most beef burgers.
