DIRECTIONS

  • Split English muffins and broil until lightly browned.
  • Top each half with a fourth of the crab meat.
  • Place a slice of tomato on each.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Put back under the broiler briefly until cheese melts.
  • Serve while hot.
