"This is Mom's recipe. Easy to make and yummy to eat!"

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup coconut
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup raisins
• 1⁄2 cup pecans or 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

directions

1. Melt margarine.
2. Set aside to cool.
3. In bowl combine masrgarine, sugar, eggs, rasins, coconut, nuts.
4. Mix Well.
5. Pour into pie shell.
6. Bake at 350 40 o 45 minutes.
7. May double the ingredients for a deep dish pie shell.
8. Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
