Grape Jelly Kielbasa

  • In a medium bowl pour in the grape jelly and mustard. Stir together. Spray a deep baking dish with cooking spray. Cut the kielbasa into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Put kielbasa into baking dish, pour jelly mixture over the kielbasa. Bake at 375 degrees until the sauce has caramelized the kielbasa on the top. Make sure you stir the dish a couple times during cooking. Cooking time could be between 45 minutes and an hour.

  1. I admit it, I made this recipe and left it in the fridge for awhile before tasting it. When I did, I realized that it really is good. It's in my recipe book for a reason.
     
  2. Growing up my dad use to make this but with hot dogs. Served it with some french bread and it was always soooooo good. I'm sure it'd be just as good (if not better now) with keilbasa. I think he did a bottle of each (so his was probably a bit more tangy) but soo good.
