Sweet Potato and Sausage Stuffing

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1⁄2 lb sausage meat
• 1⁄2 cup minced onion
• 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
• 1⁄4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1⁄2 cups soft dry breadcrumbs
• 2 cups hot mashed sweet potatoes

directions

1. Cook sausage meat breaking it into small pieces.
2. Add onion, celery and seasonings.
3. Continue to cook until meat is tender.
4. Drain off fat.
5. Combine sausage mixture with crumbs and sweet potatoes.
6. Mix thoroughly.
