DIRECTIONS

  • Quarter cabbage and remove core. Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion in a food processor, then toss them in a large bowl. For dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together, and toss with the vegetables, add salt and pepper and chill for two hours.
