Preheat the oven to 375°F Mix the brown sugar and chili powder in a bowl until well blended. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and wrap each piece with bacon, using a toothpick to secure the bacon. Dredge the chicken into the chili-sugar mixture.
Place the skewered pieces of chicken on an un-greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the chicken is done and the bacon is crisp.
