DIRECTIONS

  • Place water and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil; add bulgur, spices and raisins.
  • Cover, and continue to cook for 1 minute. Then turn off the heat and let sit 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the grind of the bulgur.
  • Fluff the bulgur with a fork.
  • Serve warm or room temperature drizzled with milk or cream.
