DIRECTIONS

  • Put soy milk into pot. Heat until boiling.
  • Once boiling add bulgur wheat, cover and reduce temperature to low. Let simmer for 15 minutes, or until liquid is almost absorbed.
  • Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
