1 cup chopped fresh basil
¹⁄₃ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons honey
3 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove
sea salt and pepper

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. May be kept in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the fridge.
