Sweet Banana Snack created by brokenburner

I almost didn't post this because it's so simple, but it's one of my favorite snacks!

ingredients

directions

  • Place banana slices in a cereal bowl.
  • Sprinkle sugar on top.
  • I use approximately 1 tsp of sugar, but the amount can (and should) be tweaked depending on your individual taste and the ripeness of the banana.
  • Pour milk or soy milk over the top until it almost covers the banana slices.
  • Enjoy!

Made this for my sister, she loved it. She's 4 and picky, just like me. While making I "tried" (ate) a few.

I didn't use milk, just bananas and sugar.

I've never had this before; nor have I ever heard of it. Thanks for posting this simple snack. It is delicious and healthy. I think I will try this on my kids for an afterschool snack. I did use Splenda and I microwaved it for 15 seconds. Very yummy!
