  1. I didn't have pineapple preserves, so I used orange marmalade instead. Also substituted red wine vinegar and ginger for vinegar and paprika. Turned out pretty well.
     
  2. I used canned pineapple chunks with a little juice plus some apricot jam, chopped in food processor, with the rest of the ingredients, minus paprika and it came out delicious! Thanks for sharing!
     
  3. This was excellent. I used this as a dipping sauce for potstickers and it was a hit. A little hard to find the pineapple preserves locally but I did find them at one of my local grocery stores.
     
  4. I used ground ginger instead of paprika. Very easy to make and yummy.
