- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cider or 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs, beaten
directions
- In a saucepan, whisk together all ingredients.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Pour into storage container, cover and refrigerate.

I found the same recipe somewhere else, but with 1 cup of vinegar. I loved it. I also thought it would be better with only 1/2 cup vinegar. This recipe has that exact correction. We ate it with oven roasted chicken sandwiches and used the sweet and sour mustard as a dipping sauce for the sandwiches. great new flavor added to our everyday meals.
